A great unlined jacket for all year round, layer with your favourite jumper for the colder months!
As a mother & daughter team, we really wanted to create patterns that we would both enjoy wearing. The Willow Jacket from The Pattern Pages is our
first pattern. It’s a stylish unlined jacket that you can throw on to take a trip in the car, go to lunch with friends and even wear on a night out.
It’s the perfect jacket to wear all year long. This beautiful raglan sleeve jacket can be made in two length and sleeve variations, and closes with a zip fastening. Make it with handy patch pockets for storing your keys and lipstick. It’s available in sizes 4-22 US (8-26 UK) & 34-52 EUR
Emily’s choice – “I wanted to create a casual short jacket in bleached denim. I chose to make my sleeves with the flounce. On my jacket – the sleeves and hem to have a bit of an unfinished frayed look so I left the hems raw and created a raw edge on the pocket flap too. I can see myself wearing this with a smart midi dress and boots or jeans, T-shirt and trainers for a more casual vibe!”
Julie’s choice – “I wanted to make my jacket with a more classic styling that I could wear with everything from dresses, skirts and jeans. I chose to make
the longer version with long sleeves. I made mine in canvas with a pretty
feather print. With most canvas fabrics you will need a good seam finish as this fabric is prone to fraying – I used the overedge presser foot to neaten mine.”
